Truth Is Stranger #48: The Church's One Foundation Is Legos By The Bunch

She is His new creation, by plastic nubbly crunch...

My first observances:
1. Dang it, that Lego church looks better than my real one.
2. Kind of lightly attended. Are the lego people skipping out to the new fangled Knex version? Or going Calvinist and shopping the Lincoln Logs church?
3. Eerily impressive in a "I guess it keeps her (the architect) off the streets" kind of way...although I still prefer the spray painted re-do of the Sistine Chapel in Iowa.

More (much, much, much more; must be seen to be believed) here.

Hi Bibby--
if you got here you're pretty far from spirituality!

I don't have time to peruse the link, but I have a PhD in Theology. Jesus wasn't an essene.

Thanks for visiting!

I'm wondering, was this inspired by the Lego crucifix that Gerald posted over at the Cafeteria a couple of months ago?

Where's the praise band? The sound system?

And, here I thought the Gospel of John started with "In the beginning was the Logos..." Now we know that it's really, "In the beginning was the Legos..."

Does this mean that, in Genesis, Adam and Eve were for the first Weebles???

The thing is, Weebles wobble but they don't fall [down]....

(Wish I thought of the Legos-Logos piece tho. :-) )

I'm afraid Bibby's mistaken about the moon, too. They see the same side in India as we do!

By Golly! It just occurred to me that this is the inside of the church featured on the cover of the Union Magazine in your April 27th post.
