But I have had good luck getting questions answered quickly by using the Blogger Forum accessible from the Blogger Dashboard.

I had a bit of a problem with the title thing the other day, m'self. I found that you can enter things on the title line when you click on the word "title" just before the title window. Weird, but effective.
