New Humor Blog!

I love finding a great new Christian humor blog! (Well, new to me. It isn't new at all. Anyway....)

Please go read and enjoy Pithless Thoughts, by Steve Robinson, who is Orthodox. He does a lot of Orthodox humor, but you Catholics (and Protestants) can stretch. Besides, he does this great visual humor he calls "Orthographs":

and

...and many more....

Yes, there is a book, and based on the first 100 orthographs, and I'll bet it's fun: here.

And there is another good "graph humor" site called "GraphJam" http://graphjam.com/ I don't know which, Jessica or it, has been around longer. It is where I first got the idea to do graphs. I don't have the computer skills to do "GraphJam" quality stuff, but I do have a Wacom Tablet that I cartoon with (I don't just do graphs). I first learned about and hand drew graphs in 1962. I think graphs were invented in the 1950's by Sister Mary Ellen Jude, a Dominican nun who taught math at my school as a new torture device. Maybe Jessica went to my school too and we should both give a H/T to Sr. MEJ :) I have discovered "Indexed" and indeed Ms. Hagy is great and honestly I think much more clever and accomplished at insightful graphs than I am, I love her stuff too. I'm flattered to be compared to her.

Steve I love your blog. It was a blessing to read it this Sunday afternoon.

Wait, so Steve's book is indexed? Are we allowed to read it then? Can IC even post a link to it?

I've got to call my priest... ;-)

Just a quick comment on the deleted comment (the first one). I rarely delete comments, but I was really tired last night and just didn't understand the rather long comment post. If people have concerns about this blog, contact me via email (you can find it on this blog!). If you have concerns about a blog I'm recommending, it's probably best to take it to that blogger! Thanks.
