They're discounting it early. Technically Easter shouldn't be 25% off until the 2nd Sunday. But for the best deals, wait till the 6th Sunday, when Easter is 75% off. (And yet another reason the feast of the Ascension shouldn't be moved to the following Sunday. Kills the margins.)

In an attempt to catechize the congregation that we are only 1/4 of the way through Easter, Jenny failed to see the implications her sign would have for the pancake breakfast fundraiser that same morning.
