ArchAngel's Advocate said...: CMinor, there IS something there, but I can't tell if it's a painted over apostrophe, an artifact of the sign's mounting (there is a similar marking before the "P") or just blemishes from being exposed dirty hands, the elements, kids, lousy driver....; 1:50 PM
